[本报讯]今年台湾地区领导人选举因被质疑选举不公，举行的“当选无效”诉讼今日下午宣判，结果是作为原告的国亲方面败诉。
据了解，针对“当选无效”诉讼，台“高院”门口目前聚集了关心宣判结果蓝绿两方的支持者，而台北市警方也派出数百名警力维持秩序，防范发生意外事件。
国民党方面的代理律师在宣判后表示，目前还未与连宋联系，是否要上诉目前不得而知。
台“高院”在宣判“当选无效”诉讼结果之后，在随后的记者会上表示，由于原告无法举证，因此判决原告败诉，至于诉讼费用将由原告支付；至于经判决后的“320大选”两方得票数，分别是扁吕646.1177万票、连宋643.5614万票，相差25563票。
